Hartley Ranch follows all rules and regulations set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The FSIS enforces the Federal Meat Inspection Act (FMIA) which requires Federal inspection and regulation of all meat products distributed for commerce and intended to be sold for human consumption.

Every step throughout the entire process is closely monitored by our quality assurance personnel to ensure high quality, safe products for our customers.
